FAQ

Is the soap included?
No. The bottle is sold empty, so you can fill it with the soap or lotion you already like.

Which size should I choose?
The 300 ml bottle is slim and suits a small basin or kitchen sink. The 500 ml bottle holds more and needs refilling less often.

Can I use it for thick liquids?
It works best with liquid soap, dish soap, shower gel and lotion. Very thick creams may not pump well.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free and tracked, usually within 6–15 business days.

Can I return it?
Yes. Under EU consumer law you can withdraw within 14 days of delivery.
