Shipping Policy

Processing time. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch.

Delivery times. Because we work with a small number of specialist partners, delivery time depends on where an item ships from:

• Items sourced from our EU partners (Germany/Poland): typically 5–10 business days.
• Items sourced from our partners outside the EU: typically 10–18 business days.

Each product page shows the expected delivery window for that specific item.

Multiple packages. If your order includes items from more than one partner, it may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. You'll receive tracking information by email as each package ships.

Customs & import charges. For items shipped from outside the EU, your order may be subject to import VAT or customs duties on delivery, depending on your country's rules. We're working on covering these costs upfront so you never see a surprise charge at the door — until that's finalized, any such charge (where it applies) is the customer's responsibility, and we'll update this policy the moment that changes.

Shipping costs. Shipping cost (if any) is shown at checkout before you pay.
